"We stopped here to so my friend could hopefully charge her shifters. Well, wow! the owner was so nice and helpful, he got her going again. Made us espresso while we waited and we enjoyed hanging out on the lovely patio. His daughter was also there selling hand-crafted crocheted little critters by the entrance. I bought a little bee for my husband and he opened it today for his birthday. What a treat! She enclosed a few other amazingly cute little crafts. It was a great surprise! Will definitely stop there if ever in town again. Great bike shop and great service !"

"I just had my electric bike repaired by Jon Richert at Red Tail Bikes in Morro Bay. I had broken my rear wheel brake cable, and my front and rear brake pads needed replacing. So Jon masterfully changed the brake cable and brake pads, and now the eBike stops quickly and safely. Jon had the brakes done sooner than I had expected and all for half the cost of what other bike shops quoted me. I'm happy to have a bike shop in Morro Bay with such an experienced and knowledgeable mechanic. He is a very pleasant store owner with great customer service and fair prices. Thanks again Jon!"
