"Pharmacy is "always" slow, Checkout line takes forever. If your in a hurry this might not be the one for you."
"Atrocious pharmacy. Employees move at a snail pace and have full, personal conversations with customers when the line is 10 deep. I've never been able to spend less than 30 min picking up my medicine. This store pushed me over the edge to go to an online pharmacy."
"A great local store with ridiculous corporate management that forces check out personnel to waste customers time by forcing all customers to provide formal identification for alcohol purchases even when it's obvious that the customer is over 21years of age. What an inconvenient and illogical policy. I'll save time in the future and just shop next door."
"This Rite Aid is terrible! The pharmacy does not answer the phone and when you go in they have terrible customer service. The woman who is usually at the front does not smile or provide any level of friendly service. She constantly juggles two customers at a time instead of giving the customer the respect of her attention throughout their transaction. I kept trying to communicate with her and she kept interrupting me rudely to ask her questions. Then she tells me my prescription requires a pre authorization which is ridiculous. I called my insurance who said that that medication does not require an authorization. I am done with this place. I have also witnessed some gross hygiene behind the pharmacy counter. I drove all the way to SLO for my vaccinations."
