"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used this company about a year and a half ago for property in Oak Ridge. At the time they were a very good company and very helpful, Recently I bought a house in Maryville and used Tennessee Title Services and had a completely different experience. It was terrible. On the day I was scheduled to do the final walk through, I got a call from my realtor that there was a hold up. She was not given the details or a time estimate. Since I was the home owner who has to arrange for a mover, services, wire transfers, etc. I should have been the first one called. I should have been given an explanation and a probable time frame. That was not done. COMMUNICATIONS, is the key to good service and it was terrible. More than once, I got no answer and no voice mail service. I was not kept update on the problem or time frame. I will never use this company again. I will only give negative recommendations on this company to others. With the level of service, I expect them to be out of business shortly."
