"Dr. Matt is very honest, he has been my dentist for 4 years now and I assure you, he will not do work that is not needed. He will give you his opinion and you make your decision. I've never felt like I am forced or persuaded into any work being done. He is punctual and very patient. He walks me through all of the work and informs me of the cost. Unlike other places where they will give you a long list of charges. I've had work on 3 cavity fillings and one crown. He is confident in his work and I know I am in good hands so I trust him."

"I visited Maple Street Dental Group on a Wednesday morning. The front desk women did not greet me. Shortly afterwards, the Hispanic dental assistant greeted me and told me what was going to take place during my dental visit. She speedily assisted me. I did not appreciate that she flossed my teeth fast because she did not perform it properly. Likewise, she rushed to put the toothpaste on my teeth, so all the “debris” splashed on me. Afterwards, the doctor greeted me. Again, he seemed to be in a hurry. He checked my teeth, gums and x-rays. He looked at my x-ray for 2 short minuets and told me everything was fine. He did not go into detail and explain my teeth or gums, so I asked a few questions which he answered. Lastly, he rapidly cleaned my teeth. Overall, my initial “encounter” with the receptionist was not welcoming. . In addition, my visit was rushed, so the dental procedures were not performed properly or comfortably. I will go back to my regular community clinic dental. They have higher volumes of patients. However, they take their time and explain everything thoroughly. At least, that is my experience with Dr. Murphy."
