"DR Pike is the best doctor I have ever found here in Clarksville. He is very compassionate and never rushes you. He listens to you and he is very knowledgeable. He has been treating me for Covid long and because my symptoms are severe and he has been handling all the paperwork required for me to be out of work and trust me, the people we have to deal with have not made it easy but DR completes everything they request of him without complaint or hesitation. His care and knowledge has been great. He spends the extra time with his patients to be able to provide the best medical care he can. He has such empathy and compassion for his patients that I have never received from any other doctor, especially here in Clarksville. DR. Pike is a 5 star doctor but I had to give it 4 stars because as many previews have stated, there are definite issues with staff that make things very difficult. I've had them not call in prescriptions he has given. Not call in the referrals for other doctors or services that he has given. They make it difficult to get an appointment with him and at times I've had them schedule me my follow up appoints for DR. Pike only to find out when I'm there that they scheduled it with one of the nurses instead. This leaves me having to schedule another appointment specifically to see DR. Pike who is providing me with my continued care and treatment which the nurses can't or won't do. I have had one of the nurses give a misdiagnosis only to them be rushed to an urgent care facility a few weeks later where I was given devastating news that the nurse missed completely. We are so fortunate to have such an amazing and caring doctor here in Clarksville with DR. Pike, but unfortunately the staff is an issue. Because DR Pike is so amazing I will continue to keep him as my primary physician and work around the issues with the staff."
"Finding a civilian doctor with a military background is very comforting because it comes with an understanding for our lifestyle. Dr. Pike’s office staff was warm and welcoming via phone calls and upon arrival. I called to see if it was ok to bring my newborn to my appt and he was also welcomed with open arms. During my appt, I mentioned how I was going to ask my OB for a physical therapy referral. Dr. Pike not only wrote the referral but was knowledgeable about which PT clinics had pelvic floor therapists in Clarksville. He listened, gained a sense of who I was as a patient, and made recommendations for my future well care. I’m so pleased I found this practice."
"Dr Pike seems to be very competent and thorough. If you are young with no health issues and just need annual physical this office might work well for you. But if you are like me and my husband, in our 70's with health issues please go elsewhere. Last week I called the office 4 days with a problem and questions and the front desk staff would not allow me to speak with Dr. Pike. They told me if I wanted to talk to him I had to come in for an appointment. I am a paraplegic and my husband is a stroke patient and we are home bound and transportation is extremely difficult for us to arrange. I explained but they did not care. I continued to ask to have the doctor call me and she kept saying no. In my ,73 years I have never gone to a doctor who would not call his patients. I asked if they gave him the message that I called and they said no, it's against office policy. So basically Dr Pike is allowing these rude and non compassionate people ruin his practice. Instead of making medical decisions they need to focus on doing their job. If Dr Pike refers us to another doctor or other services and we don't hear from that office they will give you the phone number and you have to call yourself. They won't do any follow-up. This is supposed to be a Christian based practice but my experience is that the front office staff does not have a Christian attitude and they don't show Christian kindness. I feel bad for Dr Pike because I don't think he is aware of the impact these people have on his business. If you read the other reviews it is clear what changes should and need to be made and it should start with the office manager."
"I wish I could give 5 stars but I had called and left 3 voicemails over a months period and no one had gotten back with me. Other than that I have no complaints. A lot of doctors don’t even care to hear what you have to say or just want to slap you on medication.Dr. Pike was not like that. I didn’t feel rushed, he made sure all of my question were answered and is helping me with my anxiety problems. I had a pcp at premier and never was able to see her. She just kept putting me on more medicine when I did see her. Dr. Pike prayed for me yesterday when I went to his office at the end of the appointment. Today I had surgery and everything went great! The nurses are very friendly too! My mom discovered Dr. Pike first and now me and 4 of my other relatives go here. They also love it and my apt was at 3 I got pulled back about 3:15 which was fine. Good things take time and I’m sure he was going above and beyond for the patient before me. Thank you and your team!!"
