"Absolutely love coming to this DSW! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The manager Carissa really went out of her way to help me find excellent hiking shoes and recommended a few local spots!"
"This place is super organized with specific shoes in its own row making it easier to find the shoe you’re looking for. I had went in look for heels and I had left walking about with 3 pairs of heels for a good deal. I haven’t been there before and I signed up to DSW and got an $11 discount just for signing up. I will be going back for some more beautiful shoes! I do recommend. P.S friendly workers!"
"Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff. Great selection as well. Highly recommend."
"My son brought me here, I, not knowing anything about this shoe store. I was looking for a pair of shoes that I could use when I walked my dog. My old pair of shoes having long ago given up the ghost. The types of shoes were clearly displayed by the sections they represented. This thoughtful bit of advance planning by the store made it so easy to find the aisle where the walking shoes were displayed. My son and I picked several pairs of likely prospects out. I found a chair/bench (with a mirror attached at floor level, so you can see what your shoe(s) look like on your feet) and I sat down to try the possible prospects on. The second pair of four fit beautifully and were very comfortable. I walked up and down the aisle and looked at them in the mirror. Even though they were just a pair of walking shoes, idid want them to look nice. I thought they did (see the photo below). This do-it-yourself form of service suited me, as I felt comfortable helping myself. The only assistance I needed was to ask a clerk for a shoehorn. She was pleasant, and got it for me immediately. My son suggested that I wear my selection out of the store. I decided that I would give it a go; so, walked out with them on my feet. The store was open and spacious (with room for the few children in the store to move about.), well designed, and thoughtfully laid out with customers in minx. There's a bathroom a available, handicapped access and parking, friendly clerks to assist you."
