"I was surprised to find this store fully stocked with merchandise, neat, clean, and looking as a Penney store should. The San Bruno store is nearly empty of merchandise. I will now shop at the Salinas store, if I need need to look for anything. The shopping center, Northridge, is also quite nice too. Sort of reminded me of Serramonte shopping center in Daly City."

"Casual clothing store with a wide variety of brands and warmth atmosphere. It can get busy on the weekends. The only downside is that there is only one men's dressing room (they used to be more) and sometimes you have to wait in line. Other than that no is good."

"Don't know what happened to this place, the restaurant which was cafeteria style is gone, now they offer this prepackaged food from a food display warmer, I've been a Riba Smith loyal since my childhood but it seems like somebody in management the catastrophically bad idea of getting rid of the restaurant, other than that this place is excellent and offer a wide range of products."
