"A lot has changed I am told but greatly for the better.UPDATE, Sadly the discrimination is back, not by Doctor Alkayyali, but the staff. The phone systems are turned off and says they are closed when you know they should be open. I am sitting on hold for I don't know how long because I need my medications and they script was never sent. I will be without my meds a month or so and these are serious meds that I HAVE TO HAVE. I really don't know what to do. I really like my Doctor but the staff and NURSE control weather or not you get your life saving medications. I have to get another doctor SADLY and this means that I will probably end up in the ER before I get MY MEDS because they will not answer the phone, so I can tell them to send my script. I saw the doctor, he was paid but NO SCRIPT. NO ANSWER to my calls. I am just so saddened and exhausted by all of this. If you ever leave a message for the Doctor to call you, It will never happen. You will be lucky to get your lab results back ever, even it there is an issue. You will be lucky if the nurse calls you back EVER. WHY DOC WHY??? WHY DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY DOCTOR AFTER ALL OF THESE YEARS??? I JUST WANT MY MEDS. Anxiety and Stress is through the roof right now. Hung up on me 3 times now."

"The reason I gave 5 star rating is because several years ago I went into the office for just a routine check up. As I was setting and waiting the tech was taking my blood pressure over and over. Dr Alkayyali came and took my blood pressure also. After the examination he call me into his office to talk to me. He said in a very calmly manner I want you to see a HEART doctor of course I was shock I said a heart doctor. He wanted me to go after I left his office. To make long story short. The first heart doctor found out I had a blockage which was not easy to repair. So I was sent to another heart doctor that had experience in using a Robot. They found I had 75 percent blockage. So because of Dr Alkayyali who seen that something was not right with my heart or maybe my blood pressure save me from possibly having a Heart Attack and God was watching over me working through the heart of man on my behalf. I praise God for working through all the doctors on my behalf during this time."

"Dr fawaz is nice doctor and he so helpful, but his team they so disrespectful, they dont respect there Patients , they talk to us so bad and so Mean , they do papers wrong and spelling the words wrong and they get mad when you ask them to correct it ..!! They told me about prices and in the end they charge me 3 times double the prices , worse experience ever , all the respect to dr fawaz but not to his team at all , my advice to see different family doctor if you guys want team treat you good and i will never come back to these people again ever ..!!"

"Staff is disrespectful of time as well as the doctor. My mother has stage 4 cancer and needed to be seen as she was hospitalized over the weekend They knowingly make morning appointments when the doctor does not come in u til 1:30. This morning my mother checked in then my mother and nurse was told the Doc was running late and they did not know when he would be in and they could wait or reschedule. I advised my mothers nurse to reschedule as she doesn’t need to be waiting hours. So when they reschedule Alkayyali’s nurses told my nurse he does NOT come in until about 130pm daily. This is unacceptable my nurse I PAY for got up at 6 am got my mother ready and drove her from murfreesboro to be at that appointment, to be ON TIME and this doctor doesn’t show up on a daily basis until 130. So disrespectful even to me as my nurse that brought her there is not inexpensive. My mother nurse also claimed the office is filthy and they were giving shots in a hallway without any doctor present in the office. Not to mention they laughed at a Hispanic gentleman and made fun of him talking English behind the glass, and the techs did not even think about others being able to hear them. Clean your office and start respecting your patients time. I work hard for my money and there is no reason for you to be wasting my mothers time nor the nurses time I pay for. That’s my money I work for. Get it together. I also will report this to my mothers insurance company as at check in the doctor is on the clock with insurance company , so this looks a bit like insurance fraud going on as well billing when daily a doctor isn’t even regularly at the office at that time."
