"BEWARE…. Of the customer care in the GROOMING department. They called me at 9:15pm the night before our dog was to be groomed at 8am the following morning saying they had to cancel because the groomer wouldn’t be able to make it! Really why even bother to take appointments if you can’t keep them. I will never set another appointment here! If I could leave 0 stars I would."

"PetSmart is our go-to place for all things doggo! My dog, Lambeau, has been on a Banfield wellness plan for over five years and we absolutely love them. We also come in on Sundays to see the New Lease on Life animal shelter dogs as they always bring some dogs up for adoption."

"The cashier Jan deserves a gold star for going two extra miles to add my online coupon after an initial glitch! She also showed and showered my Husky Miranda with a ton of love. The gentleman who greeted me in the kibble aisle was also respectful. I approve of this store; well-lit and very navigable!!"

"The grooming department has dropped my 17 year old dog twice off the table and cut his ear one time. The very last time I’ll give them that they offered to take him to the vet in the store. But the fact that they could’ve caused serious injury to him. I still payed for the service because i didn’t want to deal with being a loud upset customer doesn’t get you anywhere. Still feel like the least they could’ve done was not charged me but now I’m taking my dog elsewhere."
