Staybridge Suites Mt. Juliet - Nashville Area, an IHG Hotel 69 Belinda Parkway, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122

"Stayed here this week with my family to only be mislead into thinking we would get a certain room and did not get that room. Nothing was done to compensate us besides given extra reward points that will never get used because it will be our last time booking with any IHG hotel. They use false advertisement with there pictures online and half clean rooms, I have a picture of the room we staying in that wasn’t clean completely base on the desk having splatters of some kind of old fluid on it and hasn’t been wiped I don’t know how long ago but your charging for double full size beds 119 per night to not even be cleaned how they should! If it wasn’t late when checking in, my family would’ve taken our business else where!! Don’t waste your time booking here unless you like unsanitized rooms and very poor customer service!!"

"My family and I have stayed at this staybridge before and had some minor hiccups but nothing that would prevent us from coming back. Fast forward to present day and this is where my review really gets real. My husband booked online a two room hotel base on the description and pictures that’s what he thought he was getting until we arrived and received a two bed (full size) hotel room, Not what we expected and certainly not what we booked in its entirety. Basically we were tricked from false advertisement on the hotels website and after speaking to the IHG representative and a representative of the actual hotel nothing was done besides giving us additional reward points that are useless at this point because we won’t be using this hotel or any IHG hotels ever again!! Past stay we have physically seen the staff move reservations around to make sure every party is happy, especially the customer that was bamboozled into thinking we were receiving one room and actually got another entirely different room! No one likes to be gotten and that’s exactly how we felt! We not only sat in the lobby of the hotel for well over an hour trying to get a better accommodation and still nothing! Definitely writing this review to help other future stayers to make sure you clarify and not be mislead in a room your expecting but get something else! I wouldn’t want your stay to be messed up how ours is because of the hotel wrong doing! Maybe better off looking elsewhere to avoid the entire headache!"

"I highly recommend anyone to experience the stay at Staybridge. We got a good price for a last minute mini vacation before back to school. The Hotel was very clean for inside out. The room and kitchen was clean. Staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning again."

"I’ve been In Nashville working for a few months and recently switched to Staybridge as I haven’t had the best of luck at other extended stays. I am amazed by the service, quality and attention to detail at this location. The rooms are clean, beds are soft, water pressure is the best I’ve experienced but it doesn’t stop there. The breakfast beats all with a wide selection of items, plus Monday-Wednesday they do free apps, beer and soft drinks from 5-7pm. The employees are amazing, kind and thoughtful. This hotel has Everything to make it feel like your home away from home and glad I decided to stay."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Check in was smooth and easy. Staff was extremely nice. The room was clean. Plenty of parking available on site. The pool was closed I’m assuming because of the season. They had a tasty well stocked breakfast. There’s a gym on site as well. I wasn’t able to get wifi to work but I just used my hot spot on my phone. I would definitely come back. Not to mention my room has a full sized fridge. And a stove top to cook on. Very spacious rooms."
