CVS

"Called to ask if a prescription of mine was ready and how much of it would be covered by my insurance. The lady on the phone very rudely and literally told me she was 20 seconds from going to lunch then immediately hung up. When I then walked into the pharmacy I immediately knew she was the lady screaming like a banshee at one of her coworkers while helping a customer in line. I want to know what manager allows this kind of behavior."

"Top-notch human beings work at this location, the evening/night crew are literally some of the better people I’ve ever even met in my lifetime. This location is by far the best ran location with such helpful amazing people! I really can’t say enough good things about this specific CVS and the specific people who work at this specific CVS!! If I could I would give them 100 stars!!"

"Not a problem with the store, but rather with a CVS branded product. This dental tape shreds and stays between the teeth rather than removing the food particles between the teeth. I’m throwing it in the trash, and buying a name brand to replace it."

"The cashier was very rude. She came and asked me to leave because I was dressed in sweats. When I asked to speak to the manager I was informed she was the only employee in the store and when I asked her name she refused to give it to me and then she refused to finish my transaction. I was so upset that I told her keep the change. I left without a receipt and when I was taking these photos for Google she actually followed me outside with her cell phone calling the cops she was so extremely rude that I don't think I will ever go back to that CVS and I will be calling CVS tomorrow and reporting her to her superiors"

"I have been coming to this store off and on for a few years. I stopped by yesterday for a couple of items. What I observed was very troubling. Ahead of me in check out was an elderly man. He wanted to be checked out at a registrar. The CVS employee told him he had to use self check out. He pleaded with the employee that he was in his 80's and did not want to do that. He was told it was a store mandate and he did not have a choice. He was very upset and complied. I was told the same thing. I found this infuriating. Self check out in my opinion, should be an option, not a policy. What I witnessed was mean and abusive."
