"I ordered one tumbler from them and it came. It looked great. No problems. I figured let me order another one for a friend for Christmas on 11/25/2023. Today is 12/11/2023 and I have not reviewed my item. I sent an email last week and all that was said is they are processing it and I will receive a tracking number. I don't have a tracking number yet. The website stated it will have all items delivered in 7-10 days. I just sent another email this evening. I did file a complaint to the BBB. I try to give small businesses a chance and this is what they do. Update: I finally received my cup on 12/23. It looked great. The great thing is I was in contact with the manager of the company and she offered my money back. I probably won't order from them ever again. But I appreciate them trying hard to make things right."

"I ordered a “Michael Kors” towel. The material is of poor quality. I emailed customer service for a refund or to replace and “Linda” was not able to. The email stated: We are so sorry for this inconvenience. After checking with the factory, we found that it is normal for some parts of the materials to not be fully penetrated by the ink. This may result in the fluff without print being visible if it's not properly fluffed down. I asked for a refund and she replied with: his is our best-selling item; we haven't yet heard any customer complaints, and this is the first one we have. However, we have taken your suggestions into consideration and will do our best to improve our products as much as possible. As an apology, we will provide you with a 20% discount code to try other high-quality items from our website. I Hope you understand and sympathize with us. I have purchased better quality towels at Five Below and Family Dollar."

"I ordered curtains and a duvet printed Versace for $200 on Dec. 12th. Received the duvet on the 28th and no curtains. Emailed for the tracking number for the balance and heard back within 24 hrs. with tracking number from Linda. I received the 2nd package on the 30th. Love the product and know Gianni Versace did not make it in Italy cuz he is dead and if I had $1800 to blow I could get his company to make them for me in Italy. This is a legitimate custom printing company but they ship from several factories in China. The customer service number is for an agent that works from their home in California, U.S.A not at a factory in China so I saved the toll call to China. My order is real #331145 and the merchandise arrived as expected on time with great service. Sorry to disappoint the Karens who waited to order custom merch till the end of December hoping to get it for Xmas but I am 100% satisfied and will order again."

"I don't think this company deserves the rating it has. Trust the process. Their phone number is always busy BUT if you email them you get a response same day. I ordered a Jacket for my son's birthday. The Shipping takes a little longer then I would have liked BUT I'm happy with the quality of the Jacket. All in all I'm happy with the product and will order from them again."
