"Should have written this long ago. This crew is exceptionally different. They are all highly skilled, and I bring in my occasional blurb and the associates look toward the lady that is quite young with light hair, which is longer with natural curls pulled up for DC friendly work. She'll say one word, it's done, I'm out the door. I love the spirit of chillaxin in there. This is also the UPS Store that has never lost or delayed a single one one of my packages. And they are just as busy as any of the others, yet we are in and out."

I don't think she has EVER smiled at either of us and her attitude towards both of us is ho-hum and demeaning. She would not be the person I would want as the face of a business that is customer focused."
