"Fantastic customer service! Jodi is amazing at taking care of mailing needs and office needs. She is quick, efficient, friendly, very knowledgeable, and great at getting things done. I am always impressed when I go into the store to see how well she interacts with people. One time I even saw her being so thoughtful when a little girl had come in with her mom, Jodi I was kindly asking how she was doing and what she was going to dress up as for Halloween. she really provides above and beyond customer service. "They told me a small package to Texas would be $125. I drive the the UPS store on Main Street and they said it’s $60. I have left this store in Glenbrook over 5 times because their shipping costs are INSANELY more expensive than any other store I have ever been. Either they wrap the boxes in gold tape or they are pocketing money somewhere. Even the other UPS store was confused when I tell them how much this store charges. And now they charge $5 just to hold a package for you even with Access point."
