"FedEx changed the address on my package and I can't get through to a live person to figure out why."
"Wasn't aware of a signature on my package and was at work when they came so they took it with them. I called and tried to get it dropped off at a FedEx location to pick it up and was told I couldn't do that and it was scheduled to be delivered the next day, so I took off work to be home to sign and after waiting for 4 hours I get a text at 7PM saying it will be the next day between 9AM - 1:30PM and I will be at work during that time. Called again and now I can pick it up at a location tomorrow. How hard is it to deliver a package on a truck that it takes 2 additional days just because I can't be home from work till 4:30PM and they knew that because I told them and the text said up until 8 PM for delivery."
"Not a customer friendly location. All the employees park up front by the customer ship center, forcing you walk the parking lot with your packages."
