Papa Johns Pizza

"I ordered 2 of their new pizza bowls. (1 for me, 1 for my gf) They were tasty. But, if your a guy and you are hungry? You might want to order 2 for yourself."

"Doesn't seem to be same as a year ago, don't know if new suppliers or management but just ain't same as it used to be and not in a good way. As tight as $ is for people today it just hard to justify ordering from somewhere that taste mediocre and paying a amount that you shouldn't have as many mistakes and bland flavors. Please go back to how things was when the pizza was good and taste same every order, it's too many options out there now and money hard to hand out when it's missing items and not cooked right, the consistency is missing that you was known for before."

"Always get your order wrong. Missing toppings, inaccurate always and as expensive as it is, cannot ever get anything right. No use in filing a complaint, either nobody picks up the phone, hangs up on you or the website complaint system is down. Really wish places like this would go out of business. Avoid this location at all costs, but seriously, all Papa John's are terrible."

"Had helped my son & his family move over the past few days so I was hurting, plus I don't go around people if I don't have to! Was all by myself for Supper so decided to just grab a pizza - had PaPa Cash & a Free Birthday Chocolate Chip Cookie so only had to pay 20 cents - Great Deal! Got to the restaurant, it was rainy, cold & really just miserable - didn't want to get out so I called inside asking if they could bring out my order, have done this several times before with no problem - tonight was something WAY DIFFERENT! The young man who answered told me it would be 45mins for them to get my order out to me! I was Dumbfounded, I asked him why it would take so long to walk out the door where I was parked, he said it was because their delivery drivers weren't there, so it would be around 45mins! I couldn't believe what I was hearing, so I re-asked the same question getting the same answer, so I said I would just come in! Upon entering the young man who took the phone call looked at me & walked over to the other young man that appeared to be cooking who then came to check me out! I asked him the same question getting yet the same response 45mins - I looked him straight in the face & said it would take 45mins for one of the two of you to walk out the front door to bring out my order that according to the sign on the front window says you can check in when you get here & we will bring your order out to you - he hesitated for a moment & asked if I had placed this order for delivery cause they only do that for Pickup, I told him to read the info in front of him, that it was placed for Pickup & I was sitting in the parking lot in front of the door when I called in - he then said that there must of been some kind of confusion, I said You Think - handed him my 20 cents, he handed me my order & I left! TRULY UNBELIEVABLE!!!"

"Horrible location, sango people stay away, ordered yesterday I live 10 minutes away the time on the the box and the time it arrive is more than an hour!!! So it was cold. Also the driver forgot the drink, called the store and lady I spoke with was hesitant to acknowledge the problem and promise she will send the drink and guess what one day passed the drink didn't show up yet. Stay away buy frozen pizza from the dollar store and will have a better experience."
