"The first time they did great. The second time, they were to stake the same exact house plans on three other lots, and the builder told me they messed up the corners on all three. When you imagine the possibility of building a house over or too close to a property line, the consequences could be very bad. After 2 months of them fumbling around and passing our request around to different people in the office, I've still yet to see admittance of a mistake, and certainly no partial refund. Factor that in with a 8 - 10 week lead time to get to any given job and I've had to move on to other surveyor partners. To be fair, I would bet that for 80% of their clients, it's perfect every time, but as that 20%, I have to move on. They are growing too fast and I assume they had a new guy in training stake my lots."
