"Receptionist (Melanie) was very rude. When asked how long my wait would be she wouldn’t give a direct answer. Then she was more concerned with ordering her food instead of helping the patient that was standing at her window. When I asked her again to see how long my wait would be since I was sent over just for X-rays, I explained I had already been seen at the Greenbrier Office and just needed X-rays.I already had been at Greenbrier office for an hour, now I’ve been waiting 40 min here. I needed to get to work. She finally got up to asked after I ask her to go see how long it would be. She hadn’t even took my script to the tech. Within 5minutes of me asking , the tech came out. Andy was very pleasant, and efficient. Due to the “front line “ person, I will NEVER return there."

"When I finally got to see doctor, l explained to her that I was wheezing and that I was blowing blood from my nose. I also tried to tell her that because of my health history when I did get sick I needed an antibiotic because of history of sinus infections. I ended up going to my own doctor to get antibiotics which I couldn't do at the time because of the holiday. I was pretty sick and my head was busting. I will never go back to this place again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wasted my time and money. If the doctor would have listened to me she could have helped me. I received very poor treatment and wasn't helped at all."

"I went in on the 8th of Jan. All signs of having the flu. Paid my co-pay and seen doctor. Ran some test and they sed nothing was wrong. 2 hours later and a fever of 104, I went to general family doctor in pleasant View. Come to find out, I do have the flu and possibly have pneumonia. I'll know more about that later after my x Ray."

"It took a while to see the doctor, lots of folks there, but the staff was awesome, patient and kind. The staff was thorough, and checked everything since there are so many viruses and covid going around. I loved that they were on top of everything needed like the doctors note and sending my prescription to my pharmacy asap! Great folks there!!"
