I needed some drum parts and various other things recorded for some tracks of mine and, because he's not too far from my house, I thought I'd give him a shot. Nicky has a great space over there with tons of instruments and resources. He's incredibly friendly, has impressive energy and stamina for long sessions, and has a lot of patience too. I got him to record some drum parts and he nailed them in just a few takes. He was able to get the vintage sound we were hoping for. He's flexible and happy to help.
