Not given routine knee rehab but specific ways to get myself stronger, better flexion, etc. I found out with first knee surgery; exercise is necessary for months/for life after replacement if you want to stay active. "I recently tried the Movement Shop's new float tank and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I had been wanting to try a "float" for years, but was worried about feeling claustrophobic due to how small most float tanks are. The Movement Shop's tank was huge and extremely comfortable. I loved that I had the ability to control the lights and music. I very quickly decided to turn the lights/music off and enjoy the darkness. The water temperature was very comfortable and it felt so good to be able to stretch out without feeling like I was going to hit the walls of the tank. The scheduling process was easy and the facilities were so new and clean! I'll definitely be coming back and look forward to trying the couples float option next time. "My husband and I just tried the new float room at the Movement Shop and it was an incredible experience! The staff are warm and friendly, and everything imaginable was provided: A nice shower, clean towels and robes, earplugs, lotion, bottled water, you name it! It was the ultimate pampering! The float tank itself is a customizable experience. You can choose the color of light you want, as well as what kind of music or sounds you want. We chose a full sensory deprivation with no light or sound. It was SO nice, and there was plenty of room in the tank for both of us. We both felt renewed, refreshed, and completely relaxed afterward.
