"If I could give a ZERO I would. On March 28th I reached out to Wes Mimbs for help in finding auto insurance. I informed Wes that I needed it to take effect on April 3, 2023. Wes assured me he would be in touch by Friday, March 31, 2023. Wes did not contact me at all. I called and left Wes a voicemail to which he did not respond to. So I texted Wes on Saturday, April 1, 2023. Wes texted me back with the following: "Progressive's average rate I found for the auto was 500 per month. Allstate was the same, Travelers would not accept due to claims, neither would Safeco or Grange. I am waiting on Nationwide, but not sure they will accept either. I will not know until Monday*. I will be in the office by 8. Sorry I couldn't find anything cheaper." *Monday, April 3, 2023 I reminded Wes that I would be an uninsured motorist on April 3, 2023 and asked him if he could get me signed up with one of the places he received a quote from. Wes chose not to respond to me. I texted Wes again asking him what I should do. Again, Wes chose not to respond. The afternoon of Sunday, April 2, 2023, I had no choice but to search for insurance myself. I obtained a policy that I am not happy with but at least I would be insured to drive the morning of April 3, 2023 at 7am when I left my house. At 8:09am of April 3, 2023, I received the flowing text from Wes Mimbs: "If you still need me to get Allstate started call me. Thanks Wes" I responded to Wes with the following text: "When I talked to you last week, I told you that my insurance needed to take effect April 3rd. You told me you would get back to me by Friday. Obviously you did not. Saturday you texted you would be in the office on Monday. I reminded you that I needed to be insured on April 3rd. I also asked what I should do. You chose not to respond to me. I did not want to take the chance on being an uninsured motorist looking for insurance. So, I called, The General. I'm definitely not happy with my coverage but I didn't have a choice. Definitely very disappointed in you and your lack of concern." Wes responded with the following text: "I am sorry that I was not able to help you by the time frame that was needed. I always do my best to meet all deadlines for all my clients and potential clients." I responded with the following text: "But you did have quotes that you could have called me with, but you didn't. You also assured me that you would get back to me by Friday and you didn't call at all. In my eyes, you dropped the ball and didn't want to be bothered with helping me this weekend. You knew I was going to be an uninsured motorist and didn't  care. So don't tell me you did your best or that you're sorry." That was the end of our conversation. I was referred to Wes Mimbs by Heath Harden of Harden Insurance, who is currently merging his auto insurance business with Wes Mimbs. I think Heath Harden should think again about merging his business with Wes Mimbs."
