"They are the lowest performing Shelby County Municipality for a Reason. They have a culture of appreciation for sub par student behavior such as low attendance, late assignments, & just giving passing grades to students who deserve to Fail, so that’s why the average student is 2-4 grade levels behind and State Exams Mirror that & rank them in the bottom% of schools. They let students and parents run the administrative leaders so it’s hard on teachers with behavioral management & sticking around. They do way too many Late Night PDs and the pay is sub par. They have a hard time recruiting and retaining top talent for these reasons mainly."
