"The managers have the same poor customer service as the managers at the failed sports authority. How are you gonna act like a child when you are proven wrong! The old managers use to be amazing wish they didn’t run them off."

"BUYER BEWARE! Bought a pair of Wolverine boots on 2/4/24 on 2/6/24 it was raining and found out at the beginning of a twelve hour shift the left boot was waterproof but the right one was not. They do not stand behind the products they sell! I said "It's crazy a retailer not standing behind their products. Tractor Supply stands behind theirs!" The manager said, "Well, I ain't Tractor Supply!" He said to go through the manufacturer.... That'll take 1 to 2 weeks for replacement. So I have to go buy another pair of boots for work now until the replacements come in. Dunham has lost a customer for this one, won't buy another thing from this retailer! FOLLOW UP Tractor Supply has a No hassle 30 day return policy just bought another pair of boots from them and also bought some other work wear as well."

"Evan the assistant manager very rude!!! After questioning return policy he became very defensive and loud asking us to leave store!! We have been very good customers over the years and spent money at there store. Making a trip as we don’t live close. We tried to return before and they changed the store hours to 10-6 during holidays which most people work those hours. Asked for corporate number and he refused to give that or even his last name."

"Excellent customer service! The employees at the front sang and tap danced for us as we walked in the door. When I asked one of the cashiers to come help me find some shoes, he spent an hour looking in the backroom and found them! They were $0.10 more than advertised though, so I decided not to buy today since my unemployment check hadn’t come in this month. Also the cashier didn’t speak Cantonese (my native language) so it’s being bumped down to 1 star."
