"I have been to almost all the nail salons on chestnut and this is by far my favorite! My gel manicures always lost a solid 2 weeks. They are also SO quick here! I always have a good experience."
"Worst place ever. When I was young and stupid, I faithfully went there for years for snarly service with obvious nasty snickering in Vietnamese directed at anyone that was not Vietnamese- which would be almost all of their clients. But it was convenient and nearby. So I spent my money in this pathetic excuse for a business. Finally, I caught an awful fungus from their facility. I can't get rid of it, and a short time after I realized I had caught it, there was an exposé on the local news that this establishment does not bother to disinfect their equipment properly and a multitude of their clients were getting infected with toe nail fungi. I cannot believe the health department has not closed this place down. No adherence to health rules, and horrible, horrible nasty service. Save yourself....it is too late for me."
"Bummer! The tech was too lazy to take off the superglue that was on my toe nails prior, so she gelled right over the top and the chemistry did not work. It also made the polish look chunky and uneven, before it even lifted a few hours after I got home. She also left glue in my cuticles and between the nail and the toe, started to cut the nail and then stopped and gelled over the half cut nail. In addition, I had been waiting with my friend (for over 30 mins) while she got her pedicure first. I wish they would have told us they didn’t have two techs available. My feet got cold sitting in a BUCKET of water as I watched my friend get massaged while I waited to be helped. The tech did not seem like she wanted to be there, which is always awkward. So she cut my pedi wayyyyy short. It was a waste of $55, but the $10 extra massage was good so there is the 1-star... I tried to call to let them know and they responded, “yes you can come now”...meaning they didn’t understand me. So I’m leaving this review now. Sigh..."
"WORST service ever! My nails looked horrible! And I walked out feeling sick in my stomach from how unpleasant the whole experience was! The ladies, all 3, couldn’t be any more rude! They never even greeted us, just “pick your color” that was it! No hello, no eye contact! Then they over charged us! Once I paid she asked for a tip ! I said you are kidding , for what, you didn’t even do your job well, I paid my $75 and walked away never to return again! Ladies, getting a mani pedi should be a relaxing experience! DO NOT GO IN HERE!"
"Not great. Nail tech rushed, our whole group got rushed and two others came in during our services (mani/pedi). Manicure looks worse that when I arrived. Foot and hand massage was weak and over in less than a minute. Bummer as its not super cheap. I want to support small business like this. But I also want to be respected as a client and that we are all struggling I want to feel that there is value in what I am paying for."
