"First of all, don’t you dare work here you’ve been warned! These so-called people are awful human beings, and real childish and petty for their old age and also younger ones too. These are the most sad individuals have ever came across and the work conditions are awful at Sam Jared location."
"They've always been on time and good to me"
"I worked at CMOP Sam Jared AND Elm Farms locations I would say my first 2 weeks at the job were great then all of a sudden that’s when the true colors of the supervisors and team leads started showing. They wanted you to work 10 hour shifts and NOT TALK THE ENTIRE shift which was insane! They did not have indoor bathrooms at the Sam Jared location you had to go outside in outrageous weather conditions to use the restroom in a portapotty on wheels nonetheless! If you had surgery, outpatient procedures or any sort of medical condition that had medical restrictions they refused to accommodate. I was in the hospital from nearly dying from a blood clotting disorder the company operated on a points system I was given a point for each day I was in the hospital as well as a point for each day I had to be out once released from the hospital. When I returned they refused to comply with my doctors temporary accommodations so I had to push through. I also had foot surgery when I returned they once again refused to comply with my doctor’s temporary restrictions which is what ultimately led to me quitting. The supervisors on the administrative were low key racist they all claimed to be Christian’s but treated their employees like trash. When I started working there I was not taking any blood pressure medications after one month I was taking 1 by the time I left after 3 years I was on 3 and I was only 23-24 at the time I quit. Working at this place is literally one of the most mentally/physically exhausting places someone could work and you will be miserable everyday because the moment you make a good friend and y’all start helping each other get through the day these people will do everything in their power to keep you from being anywhere near each other they even make it to where your lunches are different. They also would find any small thing and get into the hardworking employees and let the slackers get away with ANY and EVERYTHING!! I could go on about this sweat shop forever and a day but at this point I’ve already written a rough draft for a short story submission. In a nutshell if you’d like you keep your sanity and peace of mind, not jeopardize your health please continue on with your job search and this is coming from experience I’m not a Scorned employee I quit because my overall health was declining working there. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!"
"There are better jobs than here. They say you get Federal Holidays off, but in recent years haven't had any of them off. They do work every federal holiday. So be ready to work every day. With no days off. Can also tell you that they prefer laziness over hard work, set your bar extremely low. If you're sick, you need to keep coming to work, they DO NOT CARE! And yes, plenty of racism flows through this illegitimate company."
"Never ever ever work here. They do not give any cares about you just about getting their work completeted. Who cares that my brother died right I should totally of been let go for something like that? You may have decent pay and good insurance but what’s the cost if you aren’t living and being treated like slave labor."
