"I have been shopping at the Sams club in Murfreesboro for a few years now and have been paying my hard earned money for access to the Sams club operation since the 1990s throughout the US. I recognize value and quality and I have a very high expectation on customer service anywhere I shop. The club in Murfreesboro TN is hands down the very best one I have ever been involved with in all these years. Their online order and curbside pickup service is absolutely outstanding. Prompt, extremely accurate and so convenient. A blessing indeed to me at age 65, disabled, and dependent upon them to help me feed my large family on a fixed income and on a weekly basis. They take care of everything down to closing my car trunk after they loaded up my groceries neatly and with great care and always a smile and kind word. Thank you for your kindness."

"Shame on you Sam’s! A $500 order placed well in advance and we had to wait over 50 minutes from the time the order was supposed to be ready for it to be ready! After a 35 minute wait, a quick trip inside was met with unapologetic explanation that the associate had just started filling the order. Really? Aigh! An even quicker trip to the restroom indicated that it wasn’t just curbside pickup that was struggling. Yikes."

"As a warehouse-style market, this Sam's Club location should be familiar to those having visited other sites. Expansive in scope, many items are sold in bulk, although some specific items are sold individually. That said, there is not much variety within available selection but instead just a huge inventory. So, one should only expect to find basic items which aren't as extensive as what other typical markets will offer. Within the store, multiple major sections are present. Surrounding the market itself, a cafe, pharmacy, and automotive sections are available for customers. Throughout the store, it is common for free sample stands being set up, contrary to most other groceries in more recent years. A detail to mention is that, while shopping, there seems to be little store organization. However, this may be due to zero signage for aisles or even sections within the grocery area being present. When completing shopping, there are both checkout and self-checkout lanes. Items are not bagged in-store mor are provided, so be prepared to either bag items yourself at the vehicle or load them into a vehicle manually in some capacity. Upon exiting, the receipt and several purchased items selected at random to scan again not only to deter shoplifting but also to correct any potential scanning errors. Lastly, it is crucial to mention that Sam's Club is a store for subscribing members only, with different membership tiers available. Some items feel like a bargain, and others are simply priced on par with other stores, so determining whether a membership is worth the value is dependent on how much one shops."

"I really think this is a great location in Murfreesboro. Very convenient, easy to get in-and-out of, and has everything you need. I enjoyed using their pharmacy for many years and their meat department is excellent. I also have been very satisfied with their tire department. I am sure I will be back."
