"Descent store needs more cashiers on the weekends, really needs to keep wildlife under control."
"If you are only going to have self checkout and 1 cashier open then you need to reduce the cost of my purchase when I use the self checkout. It would also be nice if the “help” were courteous, respectful and maybe they should like their job."
"Got the items needed for dinner... slight issue with the organic Russet potatoes we got to be baked this evening: since they are only offered in a bag, not separate potatoes, the biggest one was rotten on one end. Just wish we could get them separately so they can be fully inspected before purchasing them."
"Store itself needs a major overhaul from cleanliness, staff training, and layout. The store pickup or instacart is literally like playing the lottery scratch offs. More times than not you will leave with nothing as they just can't figure out what they are doing. Instacart should remove their services because I tried on 4 different occasions and still costs me time and money. I believe Kroger is sabotaging the orders because they don't like dealing with it. There's a theme with every wrong order - Kroger says we have nothing to do with it. My advice take it out then. Kroger management get your act together or shut down! Personally, go to Walmart. You'll save more anyway."
"I do not live near this Kroger but it is the most convenient to where I live (about 20 miles away. I called to find out if an item was in stock because while in store the week before a manager told me they would probably have this week. I was put on hold for so long, after the phone ringing forever, then the call was disconnected. I called back and let the phone ring forever, (after getting thru the automated voice again.) Never got an answer. Called Publix"
