Reviews
"Friendly staff and excellent service! I really appreciate the staff being there to serve us during this dangerous wintery weather!"
"They had the pet meds I needed that other pharmacies did not carry. Thank You Walmart for having the pet meds Hendrix needs to stay healthy and happy!"
"The staff is externally friendly and helpful every time I come in, which unfortunately is often. They always have a smile on their faces, eager to help in any way needed along with the everyday task of filling and ringing up the prescriptions. The only negative thing is having to remind them about my discount cards that are suppose to be on file every time I pick up those RXs. I’m sure it’s not the people’s fault, systems software could use that tweak."
"I am just about done with this pharmacy location. I have nothing but trouble with my prescriptions- items being out of stock - one person telling me one thing and I call back and get a different response. I always have to drive over there to get issues cleared up. Grrrrrr!!!"
"Barry Feasel Pharmacist states that they only have enough medicine to fill 1/2 of my prescription. If I could wait awhile she would fill the first 1/2 today and I could pick up the balance later in the week when it arrived. I said great but I am running out of time so I will come back the next day to pick up the first half. I return to pick up the first half and the cashier rings it up and it matches the quoted price of $24. I ask if they need to include a note on something so they remembered that I paid and that I am still owed 1/2 of the prescription when I return to get it. The pharmacist who was not the same one from the day before before says "you will have to pay another $24 for the 2nd half when you pick it up". I said you stated that the prescription was $24? She says it is $24 for the full prescription (60 pills) or $24 for 1/2 of the prescription (30 pills), not our fault you can blame your prescription plan. I said but why would I do that? Why wouldn't I pay you for the entire prescription now and pick up the balance of pills owed to me on Friday, which is what your fellow teammate suggested yesterday? Out loud the Pharmacist stated "what you are suggesting is fraud! Really? So let's get this straight...you only have half of my prescription and to accommodate you, I have agreed to be inconvenienced by having to return 2 times to your pharmacy to allow you to fill my entire prescription? Now for good measure you decide to finalize the entire transaction by insulting me! Great customer service! Good news is that a consumer can still vote with their feet and their wallet. Keep your medicine and any other merchandise my family may have purchased from your company over the next multiple number of decades, we will be "voting" somewhere else!"
