"Worst pharmacy I ever dealt with. Always a problem filling life saving insulin. They tell me next day pick up then get a call next day and it's back order. Then mistake made of quantities I need. Always a run around. They need good people to do their jobs. Terrible!"

"just called to ask about the status of my order, i was cheerful and nice, i explained what i needed and before i was even done the tech cut me off to ask my DOB, she was dry and really sounded like she hated her life, she told me i had two ready and i said thank you, she didn’t even reply and went straight to hanging up the phone, didn’t even get her know her name , she just answered the call with “kroger pharmacy”, she didn’t ask me what i needed help with either. Looking into switching to the other hermitage pharmacy since the people at this one have always been dry and hateful towards me."

"I’ve only had a problem with two employees in the years I’ve gone there. One goes out of her way to be rude and give a sarcastic answer to every question. I haven’t seen her lately so I’m hoping she’s gone. The other made fun of me for having a mask during the first part of Covid. I think she’s been gone for a while. Lately they have been much better. It seems they have some new techs that are helpful and polite. I hope it stays that way. It’s such a hassle changing pharmacies, but if the rude employee shows up at the window again, I’m gone."

"I’ve been a customer of this pharmacy for nearly 40 years. When Larry was the pharmacist and Janet was a tech it was wonderful. They knew me they knew my family. They were helpful and friendly. They cared. In the last 3 months I’ve had 4 horrible experiences. Not just long lines and unpredictable closed drive thru. Today the tech reduced me to tears, not an easy task. I have now moved all my prescriptions. I will no longer shop at Kroger or use the pharmacy. I called to speak to management and the person I spoke with never said I’m sorry or let me check on this. So clearly they don’t care."
