"Not sure who is to blame, but turnover is high (as it is many places), and wait times are getting longer and longer. Searching for a new pharmacy."

"If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I arrived there and got into line before 5 pm after spending the entire day at the ER with my husband. He has a kidney stone and after we were discharged from the hospital we went to this pharmacy to pick up his prescriptions. When I finally got to the window, the clock turned 5, and the employee would not help me at all. She turned me away and told me to take my husbands rx to another pharmacy. Because this women was too concerned about closing and going home vs actual human beings she couldn’t take 5 minutes to create a profile and input my husbands rx for other Walgreens to access. Also, because one was a narcotic that could only be filled at the location where the script was sent, my husband is going through this without any prescribed. I have been in customer service for 15+ years and I can not believe the utter disregard this location shows for people."

"Cheating clients by advertising discounted prices on the price tags, but then charging at standard price. Hope that an appropriate controlling authorities will take an adequate measures."

"The location of this Walgreens is near interstate 40. It's easy to get in to and out of the parking lot, also there is plenty of parking. Summit walk-in clinic is across the street. Summit hospital is less than a mile from Walgreens."
