"Takes forever to get your medicine when you go in and today I spent TWO HOURS on the fücking phone trying to search someone to ask ONE question to. I got hung up on TWICE because no one answered and I guess the automated system didn’t like how long I was waiting and there for hung up on me! I had to call a different location because this one is incompetent. There are barley any people that go here for their meds and it still takes 20+ minutes to get one that’s already suppose to be ready!"

"I arrived at 4:25 (minutes early) as instructed for my COVID test. I had my email confirmation. Upon arrival the pharmacy staff informed me that I was not on their list. They then proceeded to tell me that their computers were not working so they were not able to look up my information and might not be able to test me today even thought I have my confirmation email. They forced me to get out of line saying "we will call you in bout 15 minutes." 30 minutes after my set appointment time they called and told me that their computers were down and I wasn't on their list because they only print the list one time in the morning. While it may not be their fault that their computer when down, they need to have a much better backup plan including paper forms and printing the list more than once a day. 45 minutes after my set appointment time they told me they had my information and to get back in line. However, they made me return to the back of the line that they forced me to get out of in the first place, forcing me to wait behind several cars, not once offering to help expedite my test even though they caused me to be a full hour late, also causing me to be late to my next appointment. Having no back up plan is unacceptable other than putting it on the customer to say "we can't help you you have to come back another day" is unacceptable."
