"Pharmacist reported inaccurate information to my doctor. My last blood draw at Amerita was 12/29/23. I went to Waverly hospital lab 1/04/24 at 3pm and spoke to the Amerita person that called my cell 3:11 that day and informed them I was there. I was about to be registered. The phlebotomist was Tonia which stuck me once and asked her supervisor if they could get a RN pull from my Picc line since she wasn’t going to attempt again. They wanted me to come through ER and I knew my insurance would’nt cover a blood draw from Picc line so I refused. Amerita was made aware and instead of calling the hospital number to verify they chose to say, I refused to get any labs while away sick.My dad died on 1/10/24 and I was home on 1/13/24. There wasn’t an Amerita close to me nor did I refuse labs. I was very sick while away with a stomach bug and upper respiratory virus, plus my dad died but they don’t care and acted like juveniles with no care about anyone having a fever and contagious. I notified Elizabeth, which is awesome, of this and since I had a fever they asked me to reschedule. Elizabeth the nurse is great and can vouch for all I’ve stated. Too bad the rest of the infuse staff I had experience with refused to report accurately. I gave date and time and phlebotomy techs name to verify my statement but they choice to be dishonest. My insurance will prove all I’ve stated and I will make sure it’s passed on to management so no other patient has to endure highschool mentality."
"I would highly recommend anyone to them! Great clean & caring people.."
"My doctor prescribed medication that had to be administered via IV. Needless to say, I was a little apprehensive about doing this at home. I went to Summit for the PICC line and then home for the antibiotic. Amerita provides everything that you'll need. There package with diagrams are fool proof. Easy to follow instructions and the situation couldn't have gone better. Everyone I interacted with at Amerita were top notch and the service was wonderful. They will deliver the products to your home or office. It's a simple system and I fell into an easy routine for administering the drug. Extremely happy with the service!"
"Hopefully you won't ever need their services, but if you do , I hope your experience is as good as mine. Care and support far beyond the call of duty."
"My experience was due to a Hospital caused staph infection. I was talked into the procedure by the Medical Staff at TriStar Summit. When my report came from Medicare, it showed being billed for 20 treatments, there were only 7 or 8. This at best is being dishonest. Since the Hospital caused the infection, it is my belief that they should pay for it."
