"I called up your customer care to make an appointment for tyre replacement. The person on the other side was very rude and asked me for details which i did not have. I gave her make and model of car and asked if she could pull up my tire size and said "No". If the pre sales customer service is this bad, you can imagine how bad the actual service is going to be."
"Thank you for replacing windshield vipers on a 2 year old car in a severe drought affected area like Cali during oil change maintenance service. You are very thoughtful. Lesson learnt, $$$ burnt for trusting an expert. i came for engine oil change service and went back with 600$ bill and numerous unnecessary replacements. I will skip this Volkswagen service center in future. Frustrating to be ripped off."
