"I had an appt for 11:45am on a Saturday. I did get there as requested 5 mins early & there were a few cars ahead of me which was expected. The drive-thru seemed to be running pretty smoothly & at a good pace so that was great. After getting to the window - I was instructed very clearly how to administer the test & this process was very quick & easy! I received an email as they instructed within about an hour after testing!! It did take 2 days for availability to schedule & get the test appt due to limited availability but all & all - it went very smoothly!!"
