"Don’t go to this pharmacy if you want to be discriminated against because of the prescription you are trying to fill. Sadly, TN law allows pharmacists to deny filling any prescription. They refused to speak to my doctor and told me to “find somewhere else to fill it”. Federally it’s illegal but pharmacists have full immunity here."

"Tu dis Lavie say the old folks....Amending review, (company is small/ possibly antiquated) when seeking refills, and their stock is unavailable, they do NOT inform/or suggest when it might be in stock again for your considered discretion. They just let you sit and wait. Numerous trips, gas and time returning with nothing. I cannot get delivery because of security door issues. I realize and understand the shortages, but their lack of communication to the customer is unconscionable, especially regarding heart medications. I also find they can be very friendly one day and down right rude the next. .......time to move on. (over 1 year) My experience only 4 days ago. For service extraordinaire.... "Recently switched prescriptions to Bradley’s, after very poor service at Walgreens, on the recommendation of our nurse practitioner."

"I use the pharmacy here, and there's been several times where the pharmacy staff is rude for absolutely no reason at all. I'll be going elsewhere. There's no reason I should have to deal with snippy staff when I ensure I'm polite and only asking for the most basic level of customer service."

"Bradley Drug is simply the best. They really care about their customers. I’ve had bad experiences at Walgreens and CVS. Bradley it’s always hassle free. I live in Franklin and I am fine to drive to Bradley in Nashville because of their consistently good service and experience. To me Bradley Drug is the last of that small business pharmacy’s that show they care. They are tired and overworked. They still are always kind and caring. Thank you Bradley Drug."

"They really do not have it together here. First off- every time they charge my card automatically without even asking even though I never gave them permission to do that. The delivery is great- but the phone person is absolutely horrible and they seem like they are just trying to quickly get you off the phone. I have had problems with them charging my debit card automatically instead of my FSA card because they don’t even ask and just use what I guess they are keeping on file (which is against the law)"
