"This was from an experience about 4 years ago. I don’t know why this memory came back to me but my cat, Arizona was not doing well and needed a medication compounded to hide the bitter taste. I remember showing up to have the medication compounded and telling Mr. Anderson how sick she was and I was having a hard time getting her to swallow it. I was so frazzled and sad. She had been with me through some really tough periods and I was close to tears. I just remember him being so compassionate and listening to me. He didn’t have to do that. He was so kind and on top of that, when I went to checkout, he actually didn’t want to even charge me. I was really taken back by his kindness. I guess after all these years, even though I’ve moved out of the area and my cat had died shortly after, I was curious to know if the business was still in business with the pandemic and everything. I’m glad to see they’re still going. Thank you for your kindness. I try to remind myself of the good people in this world and you are definitely one of them."
