"If there is an ineffective way to "help" a customer then this company will implement it. I have worked in healthcare for 25 yrs and have never had issues like I have with this company. I know the system and I am still perplexed every month by the hoops they require to get medications filled. I have spent hours on the phone trying to fill my family's prescriptions for medications that they have been on for decades. Today they denied my son's asthma inhaler because he needed to complete step therapy and enter a discount plan. The step therapy medication they wanted him to take he has been on for 10 yrs and they filled that medication yesterday. So now they want us to enter a "discount program to save us money". What I want is my son's medication filled so that he can breathe and the 27 min back that I lost when I was on the phone with them today. The "discount program" they signed me up for gave us a copay for higher than what my pharmacy sells us the medication for. THIS IS A INSANE WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES. I have written our HR department monthly urging them to drop this useless company."
"If I could give ZERO stars I would. We were switched on my husbands policy from BCBS of TN to Epiphany Rx. Prescription prices have doubled or tripled, they have TERRIBLE customer service and I have paid LESS for prescriptions while UNINSURED than I am now. We will be switching policies for sure."
"The worst ever! I’m so tired of having to jump through multiple hoops every and any time I attempt to have a prescription filled. They argue with me, I pay too much just to get the prescription and then get a refund check. Crazy, stupid, time consuming, and just one more irritating thing to have to deal with in my already hectic life. I absolutely hate filling prescriptions since having this company."
