"Really irritated after having a script called in and then having to sit and wait while the pharmacy clerk chatted with a lady about her personal life. It went well past the point where it became unprofessional, with her getting emotional and continuing to delve deeper into the matter. Meanwhile, the line of people waiting (myself included) kept growing. I get that people are allowed to have bad days and drop the ball at work. But at some point, you have to either compose yourself and get back the job or simply go home if you gotta. One star given back due to the focused work being done by the actual pharmacist."
