"This boutique has one of the best window displays in the mall. The handbags are priced competitively with Coach. The staff is nice and the selection is good for a store of its size. I have noted a bit of a line to get in on busier days at the mall, but I think as the economy reopens more in California that may not be the case any more. I highly recommend this store."

"Bought a pair of shoes at the Camarillo outlet which I decided to return. I went into the Santa Monica location on November 25, 2016 to ask about returning the shoes at their location and was told YES! Went back to the store the evening of the 26th and the arrogant supervisor (blonde) said I cannot. She did nothing to rectify the inconvenience especially after I told her I'm out of country and leaving in the morning. Very rude and condescending service!"

"Nice selection but the staff here couldn't be bothered to tear themselves away from their conversation to help you. Another customer came in to ask about some help with from sandals that she had gotten from another store. She was told to go back to the store she bought them from to return them (understandable) but then when she left, the clerk openly mocked the customer to her coworker. I love Tory Burch products but wouldn't buy them from this store if the employees are going to openly mock customers and be barely bothered to be taken from their private conversation to acknowledge customers. We were only helped by the older clerk when we started looking at purses and taking them off the shelf to look. This staff needs to be retrained to not mock customers and basic customer service skills."
