"Took my car to this shop for a Cylinder 1 misfire, was diagnosed as such and was recommended to replace the spark plug. They replaced the spark plug and they said I was good to go. Drove the car ten minutes home and found that the issue was still there. Decided to tow it to the dealership so I wouldn't waste any more money.. and guess what. Dealer found a CRACKED spark plug in cylinder 1. Either they gave me an incorrect spark plug and aren't knowledgeable or they supplied me with a cracked one already. Either way it's definitely unprofessional. Wouldn't waste my money here if I were you honestly."
