Your staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. I made a good chouce when selecting your company to purchase tires for my suv. "I been coming to this location in Vacaville for years now , I buy my tires n get service done on all 3 my cars . The front desk help is very helpful they listen to your needs n give suggestions on what needs urgent attention n what needs to b done in da future . Good prices on tires n easy drive up air pressure check from mechanics . Definitely recommend this location they keep getting better from when I first started using them."
"They were able to get me in right away when I had a serious leak in my tire. They found the cause, which unfortunately was not fixable (due to location of damage), but they replaced my tires on the spot. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. They showed genuine care and concern regarding my needs. Definitely one of the best Firestone locations I have been to and one of the best mechanic/tire places in general."
"At about 3:00pm, I scheduled an appointment online for the following day. I figured all was good, so I made plans for the day around the appointment. The clown of a manager waited until 6:15am the day of the appointment to call and say she didn't notice the appointment until then so she isn't going to honor it. With that level of management incompetence and rudeness, there's no way I'll ever trust this shop."
