"Bought lots of “lifetime warranty” tools from this store approximately 10 years ago. Oreilly refuses to cover the warranty as they have changed their brand name. Called corporate, they won’t help me. Store manager of this store won’t help me. Unfortunate. This place needs Doug back as manager. It’s a $30 ratchet.. make a customer happy for a tool that cost this corporation probably less than $3.. nope, instead they lost a customer for life."
