"I went to this store on February 22, 2019 at 10:30 AM and was waited on by a woman named Laura. She was so incredibly rude to me. I had a scratch off lottery ticket that I wanted to cash in. The ticket was for a free ticket but you can also get cash. She told me that she couldn’t give me cash, only another ticket. I informed her that it doesn’t matter if she gives me cash for it. She made it seem like I had just ruined her day by asking for two dollars. After huffing and puffing for a couple of minutes, she finally gave me cash then told me to never come back there again and ask for cash on a free ticket. Believe me, I WON’T be going back. As soon as I got to my car I called the lottery office and they informed me that there indeed was no policy that stores have to give a free ticket instead of cash. This woman had such a bad attitude. I have been in customer service my entire life and have never been treated quite this badly. If I could rate zero stars I would."
