"Got in a rear fender/bumper accident on 12/5/23 and had my car back by 12/18/23. Staff were very courteous and professional and quick to answer my questions and requests. They worked hand in hand with my insurance to ensure the work was done both quickly and of the highest quality. All my damaged parts were replaced and in some cases upgraded and the paint job was great too. Would trust these guys with any vehicle I have and hopefully I don’t have to see these guys again soon but would gladly recommend to anyone looking for a body shop after an accident."

"Most parts if the repair are fine. But need to be more detailed oriented. When I picked up first time. The wheel liner is still broken and it’s hard to spot. It’s been replaced after I came into the shop again. They fixed it in 30mins. And I also noticed the electrical wirings are not secured as I opened my hood, which is not a big deal so I just leave them like that. Don’t want to go back again. Notes for folks who are coming in for repair, please examine the results carefully when you pick up your car. May sure they didn’t missed any details. In the end they do get things done, but very sorry to say that I have been to better caliber collision shops than this one."

"After 2 months I pick up my car. It was a cold and rainy day on a Saturday and the shop was about to close, Justin was very friendly and had the courtesy to send me a driver to bring me to the shop. I didn't verify the job at that moment because I trusted the professional image that the staff showed and also because I was told that I could bring the car back for a detailed car Wash. The next day I decided to take a detailed look and also check the battery, because It wasn't getting any charge, and I found several parts wiggle loose with out the clippers, the new mirror doesn't look original and it's loose, there are gaps between the doors and frames, some paint imperfections, and more... I brought the car back after contacting the general manager hoping that the issues will be corrected, but it seems that the staff doesn't have proper customer service training or maybe they think that customers are stupid and unable to distinguish a good quality finished job from a sloppy loose unfinished lack of professionalism work."
