"Tío Emeterio is the best, humble person with a lot of experience."
"I liked Emeterio at first, but later on he turned out to be not so great. My spare tire disappeared while my car was at his place. Moreover, one time the lug nuts were not tightened on a tire, and once after I had it repaired there, hot water was coming out from under the dashboard from the heater, while i was driving. One time I took a co-worker there for them to look at his bmw. Emeterio told me that he could look at the car on our lunch break. Yet when we got there, the mechanics were eating lunch and could not be bothered. So our lunch hour ran out and we had to leave without the car being looked at. After that, when i called to schedule repair, Emeterio wouldn't answer my repeated calls, or once when he answered, he put down the phone with the call open and walked away. Now i have a great mechanic, who takes good care of my classic car."
