"I really like this doctor. I am extremely picky and I ask a ton of hard questions. She has wonderful bedside manner and is quick about procedures that are painful to keep the discomfort as minimal as possible. She makes me feel cared for well!"

"Firstly, Dr. Baker alone deserves 5 stars and then some. She was always courteous, honest, and caring. However, I will not return because her office staff creates a very negative climate and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. When I initially tried to book, her nurse told me if my symptoms (menstrual cramps) were as severe as I was describing I should seek another doctor that could get me in sooner. This was my first red flag. After the initial appointment, her nurse would frequently cut me off on the phone and deflect or avoid questions I had. There were multiple booking errors and miscommunications as well which were very upsetting. I am only posting this so others may be aware that if there is one problem with the nurses there will be many, and you should take the nurse’s advice and look elsewhere."
