"Shelves are bare, employees are constantly talking on their phones. And leave people waiting in line for 10 to 15 min, as if they are to busy stocking shelves but shelves never get stocked, the drink cooler is down to stuff no one buys. Unprofessional"

"Credit card was stolen using their gas pumps at this location. Whoever got the number has now tried to use my card at 5 other MAPCO locations around Tennessee with a successful $200 purchase in Nashville before I could get it cut off. DO NOT get gas here."

"I love the store. The attitude of the employees has been great. The parking lot can stand to be a little cleaner. And I'm confused about store hours, "Are the store hours, 24 hours, Or doe they close at a certain hour, if so ,what time do you close. I shop there for cigarettes a lot and I like the fact that I could go buy cigarettes anytime day or night"

"I go to Mapco at 5009 Park Avenue regularly. For gas and coffee. Yesterday I went in and noticed a customer was standing in line with no mask. The 2 employees were not wearing masks either. I asked one employee (who I've never seen before) why everyone was without masks. Neither she, nor the male employee responded. No eye contact as I paid, no thank you, have a nice day...nada. Why is there even a sign on the door mandating masks if it not enforced?"

"I've tried to shop at this store several times in recent weeks, and it seems the doors are now locked sometime between 11pm and midnight...until some unspecified time in the morning, despite this being a 24-hour "convenience" store. There are employees inside; but, they simply don't serve customers anymore. MAPCO needs to update signage to reflect new business hours, at the very least. Don't even get me started on the lack of professionalism of the staff! Seriously, ridiculous."
