Expect to be waiting over an hour after your scheduled appointment before you actually get to an exam room. If you need to get in touch, good luck. It took me 4 days of calling to finally schedule a wellness exam. They constantly change and close their office hours without any notice."

"Tiffany is absolutely amazing!! She really took the time to explain and make me feel at ease with everything I had going on. The staff is very friendly and the office is super clean and beautifully decorated for Valentine’s Day!! Also the lady who drew my blood (I forgot her name) was absolutely amazing. Barely felt her prick and she had me laughing the entire time I was sitting there!!"

"I love Dr. Bowersock and think that she handles the most uncomfortable procedures with so much professionalism and reassurance. She is deserving of a 5-star review. The customer service of SWC however is where I have a hang-up. I was sent to collections for a clerical error where my date of birth was entered incorrectly into their system (said I was 65 when I am in my 20s) which caused several issues with my insurance. I also experienced some feminine abnormalities and called to see what was the most appropriate way to address the situation. When I called the office, the individual I spoke with made me feel stupid, like I was overreacting, and was dismissive of my situation. I understand that these employees deal with similar situations almost daily, but the lack of empathy and compassion for patients who don’t deal with these things as often is incredibly disheartening."

"This place has the WORST customer service. Only go here if you like waiting 2 hours past your scheduled appointment time only to be told to come back another day because they are too busy. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me. I will be transferring my records. Don’t waste your time here ladies."

"I’m so in love with Dr. Bowersock and the ladies at her office! I’ve been going to her for years and refuse to see anyone else lol. 25 out of 10 recommend her for ANYONE. She’s so loving, caring, and down to earth. She makes sure you have everything explained in terms that you understand, and if you leave not knowing, then that’s on you. Best Doctor I have ever met. I could go on but basically… I have nothing bad to say. In all the years and visits I’ve had with her, both here and when she was in Lebanon, I’ve yet to have one complaint."
