"I’m honestly so disappointed in this office. This is just a review for any women who haven’t had their first appointment yet. I have blue cross blue shield and I also have tenncare as my secondary insurance. They made me wait until I was 11 weeks pregnant- literally on my way to my appointment from clarksville to tell me they can’t see me. I’m already high risk as it is and had a miscarriage 3 months prior to finding out about this pregnancy. Even when I scheduled my first appointment these things didn’t seem important to them either. I recommend clarifying a second time if they take your insurance because I guess the first time wasn’t enough. Now I have to wait until I’m 14 weeks pregnant to receive care and have to live with the possible scare of losing my baby because of office negligence."

"I absolutely love Dr. Samples along with her nurse, Emily. She has been my OB/GYN for nearly 10 years. She has delivered all 3 of my children and I am currently seeing her with my 4th pregnancy. She has personally seen me for every single OB visit and was there for me with each birth. I did not have to worry about seeing any other doctor than my own, and that alone is so comforting. Communicating with her nurse, Emily, is incredibly easy through the portal. I very rarely have to call into the office and always get a response very quickly. With my son, I had early pregnancy spotting. A different OB's office that I was seeing at the time informed me that "there is nothing we can do to prevent a miscarriage since you are so early". I then called Dr. Sample's office and was advised to come in immediately for hcg & progesterone levels to be checked. My progesterone was bottomed out and I was started on progesterone supplements immediately. To this day, I know that he is here because Dr. Samples listened to my concerns and cared about my pregnancy. Had I listened to the other OB/office, I do not think he would be here. With my daughter, I had a very scary birth where my daughter got stuck in the birth canal. Dr. Samples was calm and handled the situation so perfectly to ensure my daughter was born safely. I 100% recommend Dr. Samples for OB/GYN care. She has amazing bedside manner and is incredibly sweet. I also love Women's OB office. The front office staff are so friendly and greet you with a smile each time in the office."

"I had a great experience at Women OB as a first time mother. Dr. Shaun Samples was absolutely fantastic. She answered all of my questions (even the ones I felt silly asking) and she was very sweet. She was great about coming to my room to check on me after delivery as well - and I know she has a very busy schedule with kids of her own, and lots of babies to deliver. I will definitely go back to her if I ever have another baby. I would highly recommend her to anyone! I couldn’t have felt more comfortable!"

"I LOVE Dr. Samples. She has been my OB for 3+ years now and will be delivering my first baby in August. She always takes the time during our appointments to chat with me about concerns, updates, etc. and provides so much advice/recommendations that these new parents need. Emily her nurse is lovely and I just cannot say enough about the both of them. The office is bright, cheerful and I LOVE that the lab/ultrasound is in the same space saves so much time and effort. Highly recommend!"

"This has been the most frustrating office to work with. I’ve been to the office 4 times in a month. I initially thought it was going to be a great fit but my experiences slowly got worse as they came. Dr. Samples herself is great as well as her assistant Emily, but somewhere things are falling through the cracks. I understand this happens, but when I’m starting to have to pay for other people’s mistakes with my time and money, that’s where I have a HUGE issue. I don’t recommend this office. As soon as I speak with someone from management and billing, I will be finding another provider."
