"Yesterday September 1, 2020 was my first time seeing Dr. Nylander. I can’t say enough good things about how she made me feel, she made me feel my concerns were important & really gave me her undivided attention. She already had her office assistants schedule appointments for what I need done. Dr. Nylander listened to everything I had to say, she gave me a plan for fixing things and gave me a good feeling about what the outcome will be."
"Usually don’t make reviews, but was just a visitor sitting in the waiting room and had to listen to the front desk staff while they loudly talked about politics, customers and more. Receptionist would answer the phone, hang up and immediately make fun of the customer to another employee. This happened 3 or 4 times. They then moved onto how the President should send troops to “mow out” protestors in the street. This was followed by many other remarks about certain groups of people. Was very unprofessional for a doctor’s office and I was actually surprised from what I was hearing. I would hate to have been one of the customers on the phone who gets immediately talked about as soon as the call ends. Also, no matter the opinion, it’s not appropriate to discuss politics in front of customers. Especially in the hateful tone they had. Would not be coming back to this office if it were my appointment. Heard the doctor was amazing!! Has nothing to do with her."
"Dr Nylander and her nurses are wonderful. The administrative side is not. A text, email, or snail mail reminder is not a ridiculous request particularly when I'm having to schedule over a month in advance it really is a detriment to working class women in particular considering the miss appointment fees which I understand that's pretty standard (but then again so are appointment reminders) and the admin staff's response was less than empathetic but I'm pretty sure that most people who have to split holidays with school age children and work can understand how someone might forget an appointment it's why most doctor's and dentist offices send these out. I also should have put it in my phone for sure, but they should have preformed better customer service."
"Dr. Nylander is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is the only person who took me seriously when I asked about potential sterilization, she did an excellent job on my surgery, she was patient and answered all of my questions, and she provided high-quality care. I appreciate everything she did and I have no regrets about my surgery. I am so grateful to her."
"Had a visit, Dr. Nylander was very polite and funny, which is very nice considering how uncomfortable it can be going to the gynecologists. The initial visit was good. I thought I might have pcos, so we talked about it and decided to run some tests and get an ultrasound. She told me to call Monday at noon or whatever time was convenient for me to get my test results, she gave me a prescription for birth control to take with me so if the results were positive I could go ahead and fill it. I called monday, apparently she was busy. I left a voicemail and my number to call back. I called the next day during business hours, left a voicemail and my number. Third day the same thing. Fourth day, one of her nurses called and said to go ahead and fill the prescription and start taking them. For the next, whole week I called and left voice messages about my results and question I had about birth control since I've never taken it before and have never heard back. Billing has been a nightmare. I have paid and mailed in the bill multiple times and keep receiving billing notices, paid it over the phone and thought I was done with it. Now I just received a call from another bill collector. I hate leaving a bad review because I really like Dr. Nylander herself, but I'm definitely finding a new gynecologists."
